Account Dormancy
An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. afa999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, as disclosed in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Dormant accounts may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing identity verification.
Single Currency Accounts
All afa999 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made via international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. afa999 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All balances, bonuses, bets, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT.
One Account Per Player

BDT Currency Only
All balances on afa999 are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). You will always know the exact value of your account balance in BDT at all times, with no hidden conversion fees.

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). afa999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or transfers from third-party payment sources not listed above.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although afa999 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties (including family members) are not permitted. Any such deposits will be reversed to the source account and may result in account review or suspension.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification — accounts that have not completed full KYC verification cannot process withdrawals.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 2 hours of approval during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time);
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 working days depending on the issuing bank;
- Withdrawals submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next working day.
afa999 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. afa999 is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment processors.
Anti-Money Laundering
afa999 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored by our compliance team. afa999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.

Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds not wagered within 30 days of being credited will automatically expire and be removed. Real-money deposits are not affected by bonus expiry — only the bonus balance is removed.

All decisions made by afa999 in respect of prohibited conduct are final and binding. Zero Tolerance Policy

Account Closure & Termination

Upon termination for cause, afa999 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any withheld funds will be returned. If wrongdoing is confirmed, afa999 may permanently forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable procedures.
Effect of Termination
Upon account closure or termination for any reason, your right to access and use the afa999 platform immediately ceases. All active bonus balances, free spins, and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property rights — shall continue to apply after the account has been closed.
